  2. Click the matching icon to open the calendar and copy the link.

  3. Paste the link into email, text, or chat.

  4. Confirm the date/time with the client before closing the tab.

Important notes:

  • Make sure your Outlook/Google calendar is synced so availability is correct.

  • If a calendar link doesn’t work, notify Carlos Diaz.
